Veg Hakka Noodles

Chowmin is a chinese dish and we have different variations of it in India as noodles .Veg Hakka noodles is a famous Indian variant which has more indian masalas in it and less sauc.his recipe will be easiest and may be little different from other places

Veg Hakka Noodles

Ingredients:-


(For 3-4 people)


1.Hakka noodles pack


Vegetables:-

2. Capsicum - 1 small sized
3. Onion - 2 medium sized
4. Cabbage - 1 Bowl shredded

4. Garlic* - 5-6 cloves
5. Green chillies - 3-4
6. Carrot - 1


Spices:-

7. Red tomato sauce
8. Green chilli sauce
9. Soya sauce
10. Vinegar or lemon juice - 1tsp
11. Black pepper powder - 2 teaspoon
12. Salt - 3/4 tablespoon or as per taste
13. Black salt - 1 teaspoon
14. Garam masala- 1/2 tsp
15. red chilli powder- 1tsp

16. Refined oil

Method:-

  1. Boil some water and put little salt and 1tsp oil to it.
  2. Now put noodles to it and let it boil for 3 minutes on high flame. check if its soft and then drain all water and keep noodles aside after washing them with cold water.
  3. Chop your capsicum ,carrot and onion into long and thin slices and shred your cabbage.
  4. Take a pan and put some oil into it.
  5. Put finely chopped garlic and green chilli to it.
  6. Saute them for 1/2 minutes on high flame.
  7. Now put all other veggies to it and saute at high flame for 3/4 minutes.
  8. While sauteing put all masalas like salt , black salt, black pepper, red chilli, garam masala and vinegar/lemon juice to it.
  9. Add tomato sauce(1 tablespoon), chilli sauce(1 teapoon), soya sauce(1 teaspoon) . .
  10. Now just mix everything and saute for 1 more minute at low flame and turn off gas.
  11. Serve very delicious hakka noodles .Tastes better when served with manchurian or paneer chilli.
