Pav Bhaji is a street food from Mumbai, India and it is everyone's favourite. It is very very tasty and easy to make .Only thing is it needs a lot of vegetables but making it is easy.

Pav Bhaji
Ingredients:-
(For 5-6 People)
1. Pav(or, bread)- 2 packets
Vegetables:-
2. Potato-10 medium sized
3. Capsicum- 1 big
4. Carrot - 2
5. Cabbage* - 1 small sized
6. Cauliflower* - 1 small
7. beetroot* - 1
8. Onion -5 medium sized
9. Tomato - 4 medium sized
10. Peas*
11. Coriander
Spices:-
12. Kashmiri red chilli powder - 2 Tablespoon
13. Salt - As per taste (1.5 Table spoon)
14. Pav Bhaji Masala - 3 Table spoon
15. Haldi - 1 teaspoon
16. Butter - 50gm approx
17. lemon juice - 1teaspoon
Method:-
1. Chop potato, carrot, tomato , beetroot, cauliflower, cabbage in small pieces and put it in a cooker and 1 glass water(500 ml) and boil it for 3-4 whistles or 20 minutes at medium flame.
2. Take a pan and add butter to it. Add finely chopped capsicum and onion to it. Saute for 2 minutes on high flame. Add pav bhaji masala, red chilli powder, salt and 1/2 tsp sugar.
3. Mix nicely and add little chopped coriander and water.
4. Put all your boiled veggies in it.
5. If water is more then let it boil and then mash it with potato masher or anything .
6. Add lemon juice.
7. Turn off gas .
8. Sprinkle little more coriander and little butter at top.
9. Take a pan add little butter and put pav on it. Toast the pav on both sides.
10. Your Pav Bhaji is ready to serve.
