  1. Use little sugar while preparing green vegetables. It will help green vegetables retain its colour and lusture.
  2. If you are preparing potato chips at home, then after cutting potatoes keep them in cold water for half an hour . It will help to make chips crunchy.
  3. While boiling anything first bring water to boil then add ingredient . This will insure faster and even boiling.
  4. While frying anything sprinkle little salt in oil to prevent splashing as well as less oil is absorbed.
  5. Before using paneer first put it in boiling water for a minute. This will make paneer soft and then you can use it even without frying.
  6. We often see cut apples become reddish after sometimes. Well sprinkle little lemon above it to prevent it. Don't use too much lemon as it can destroy taste.
  7. You can clean sticky dirt anywhere using bleaching powder and brush.
  8. Put some salt in mixer jar and use it. This will sharpen blades of mixture jar.
  9. While making cakes use measurement cups and tools as it is necessary for ingredients to be in perfect quantity for cake to be perfect.
  10. While preparing Palak paneer, boil palak for perfect dish . Also, boil veggies before making bhaji for pav bhaji as it will help you mash it easily.

1. Dhokla-  Dhokla is king of all gujarati food. It is famous all over India and it is very tempting and good for evening snacks or morning breakfast.
It is made of rawa or chana flour(besan) and it is very spongy. It is usually served with mustard or Coriander chutney or tomato and chilli sauce.

2. Undhiyu - undhiyu is a sabji which is mostly made in winters. it names comed from 'undhu' which means upside down because traditionally it is made by keeping it low and fire is given from up with help of a pot. It has mixed vegetables in it. Gujaratis love this a lot.

3. Khandvi - A kind of snacks which resembles dhokla. It is made from besan and yogurt. It is yellow coloured and rolled in cylindrical shape. It is salty unlike dhokla which has sweet taste. It also served with chutney or sauce.

4. Khakra - it is kind of crunchy chapati. Its made from wheat flour and has some masalas in it. It is crunchy like papad and is eaten generally with pickles. It is mostly eaten as breakfast with masala tea.

5. Thepla - it is a kind of chapati or paratha in general language. It is eaten for breakfast or lunch and is made from wheat flour,methi and besan all mixed with spices and tastes very nice and healthy.

6 Dabeli - Gujrati burger in one word. It is buns filled with potato stuffing and special daveli masala, some peanuts, pomegranate and sev. It is a street food very popular in gujarat now due to its popularity its available in other states of India as well.

7. Fafda Jalebi - A very very tasty and mouth watering snacks or breakfast item which is now available at many other places in India. It is basically fafda(besan snacks fried in oil) with jalebi( a famous sweet). This combination is deadly or shall i say very foodly.

8. Shrikhand -  Shrikhand is a sweet dish which is like lassi made from curd. It is filled with many dry fruits and is mostly eaten with puri.

Rajasthan is a state in western part of India and Rajasthan is famous for its rich vibrant and traditional culture and food. But if we come to its speciality , the food that we can find in every home of rajasthan in daily life then we will find us with some ample options available. Rajasthani food is pure veg and Rajasthan literally has 56 bhog(saying in India) in thali(plate) when served. They have spicey starters and drinks like jaljeera, chach(buttermilk) followed by mouthwatering sabjis which is their speciality like gatte ki sabji and kadhi. They lots of pickles (literally many varieties) and different papads. Then comes the sweet dishes and my mouth is already watering while writing this article. 1. Daal Baati Churma -  Baati is royal and most famous dish of rajasthan. It is like litti of Bihar only thing is its not stuffed with sattu or anything and is served with spicey daal and together they make deadly combo.
With daal baati churma is served which is a sweet dish and is basically wheat flour dough after frying and churning and it is very delicious.
All three of them makes a perfect combination and a really heavy diet. Have it for dinner and nothing in this world can stop you from having most peaceful sleep.

2. Gatte ki sbji - Famous and very delicious gatta is made from besan(pulses flour) and then gravy is made from tomato and with lot of spices and masalas it tastes very good with roti.

3. Bajre ki roti - A different kind of roti made from bajra(millet) which is preferred in Rajasthan.

4. Sangri - it is something which grows on trees and mostly in arid region of Rajasthan. It is used to make sabji and it has an important place in Rajasthan thali.

5. Kadhi - kadhi is salty and spicey dish which is made from curd and it is present in every other night's dinner. It has dipped pokadas or mangori(rajasthani item) or chilla(made from besan) or chilli or plain or many other things. It is very very yummy and can be seen as alternative to daal(pulses).

6 Pyaz kachori - not a pure rajathani dish but very popular in some cities like kota. This is stuffed kachori and can be eaten with sabji or chutney.

7. Keria ka aachar - ker grows on trees which is used to make very tasty pickles and is famous among rajasthanis.

8. Sweet mango pickle( meetha aachar)/ lungee -  made from raw mangoes and sweet in taste can be found in every rajasthani's or marwadi's house.

9. Ghevar - mouth watering, delicious sweet made from all purpose flour above which rabdi(made from milk) is applied and some pista and keshar.

Bihari Food

Bihar is a state in eastern part of India and Bihar is famous for its desi food and tasty sweets. Rice is every house's lunch here. But if we come to its speciality , the food that we can find in every street of Bihar or every sweet shop in Bihar then we will find us with some ample options available. Let's talk about them:-

1. Kachori Jalebi - The typical breakfast of Bihar. You can visit any sweet shop in Bihar and we are almost sure that you could see fresh and hot jalebis coming out of oil. Jalebi is very famous and cheap sweet in Bihar. You can easily get it for 4-5 RS. It is made of all purpose flour(maida) and in Bihar it is served with Kachori and aloo ki sbji(potato vegetable).
Kachori is made from wheat flour and you can have complete breakfast of 4-5 kachori and 2 jalebis at about 20-30 RS. Its cheap and delicious. Next time You visit Bihar find yourself a delicous breakfast at the nearest sweet shop.

2. Litti Chokha - Even if u visit Bihar and you missed litti chokha then certainly you missed whole essence of food in Bihar. Bihar is known for litti chokha. Litti is made from wheat flour and stuffed with sattu(made from ground pulses and cereals) masala and is roasted and grilled in oven or coal(nowadays its not used much). It tastes just .......(well i am not getting a word made for it) with chokha(smashed potatos and brinjal and mixed with onions and masalas).
Try this and you will never have enough of it.

3. Tilkut - This is a unique kind of food item avaiable in Bihar. It is sweet is taste and it is eaten mostly in winter because it is made from til which keeps stomach warm.
It is made from different white or black till with sugar or may be jaggery and it is made in diffetent shapes and styles. It is nowadays made in many varieties and all of them are equally good.

4. Lai - One more winter snack of Bihar. It is made from puffed rice(mudhi) or flattened rice(chura) by binding them together with jaggery. It is also sweet in taste and is very tasty and crunchy.

5. Sattu - It is the cheapest and most used and most useful food of bihar because it can be taken in many ways and it has a lot of protein so it is daily food of all our labours.
It can be taken directly by adding water to it and making dough like or it can be used to make juice or it can be filled in chapaati or in litti stuffing or in many other ways.

Coming to sweets,

6. Balusahi - It is a famous sweet made from all purpose flour and fried and dipped in sugar syrup. It is soft and looks like doughnuts in shape but i guess even more tastier.

7. Malpua - malpua is a famous sweet which can be made in multiple ways and basically made from all purpose flour only.

8. Sahitoast- A sweet which is good both in terms of look and taste. It is made from chenna(made from milk) and its is layered with cream. A Must have sweet.

Bihar has numerous other sweets and even inside Bihar every place has its own unique way of making things differently and naming it differently. But one thing remains common and yeah that's the wonderful taste of everything.
